XVIII WEEK

JAN 20 - JAN 25

On monday we started with the plane of the foundry made a base adapter for the die in Julen class. This plane is needed to be an A2 an we had to scale the views to a 1:10 scale because this piece needs a lot of different views and cuts. With Nagore we did three Kahoot`s about foundry manufacture, analisis and materials. After this we finished the final sketch of our team design and uploaded to Moodle and drive, because Jon, a guy that works in Foseco is going to simulate our designs. To finish the day we present our presentation on english class.


On tuesday we started to make the plan of the casting baseto take concepts of how to make
 plans and practice the usefulness of cutsIn the follow up of the die each group has some
 pieces assignedwe went to check if any of the pieces were finishedand once we saw that
the piece was finishedwe measured it in the three dimensionalIn the last two hours we
continued with the third challenge.


On wednesday at first hour, we have had class with julen, with him we have been finishing the assembly of the foundry base in the die and in the press, at second hour some have continued with the assembly and others have attended a talk of orientation, about the university and the end of cycle, after the rest with nagore and jon asenjo, we have been simulating the bases of foundry and looking at the aspects to improve, and the feeding system and finally at last hour with iranzu, we have begun to fill the documents of the company section.


On thursday , half of the class continued with the blueprints of the die base and rest of them started with Iranzu's project. The second hour we had a meeting of an economist talking about how the factories are changing, and what factories are looking for.
The rest of the hours was divided in different works, for example: we talked with the other class to review the pieces that they are doing and help them with their questions.
