Methodology used in the course

IBEX

Our team called “IBEX” was founded two weeks ago by Borja Estevez, Eñaut Vidal, Xabier Astondoa and Ibon Artetxe. Working together we think that we can get good marks if we work as a team in the projects that we are going to do, but as always it can be difficulties in communication, adaptation and the sharing of the works.

It’s difficult to deal all the content of the projects equally between the group mates, that is because half of the group is doing the dual methodology of study and they have to leave the class one hour earlier than the others and all the group mates don’t have the same time and capacities for the same things. But isn’t imposible, with a little effort we can deal all the work fairly. 

Another difficult to deal inside the group it could be the bad communication. The communication is the main in the group, with a bad communication the group could collapse and start getting bad marks. To solve this problem, it is important to to have honest, respectful communication and say what you think clearly to your teammates to find a solution to the problems.

Other disadvantage of working in group could be that all the group mates don’t have the same objective for the course, some only want to finish the course and get a job, and other may want to get the highest marck wishing to continue studying in a university were the ask you a minimum qualification to get in.

But working in group aren’t only difficulties or disadvantages, it has it’s positive way to. May be some time you can do all the things that you are asked in class and the teammates can help you with it, and when a teammate needs help you would help him to. Also a teammate can help other teammates that do not understand information or exercises given in class.
